De Fluidseal plafondfilterunit is een luchtdichte filter-module,ontworpen voor gebruik in turbulente mengende cleanrooms waar HEPA-gefilterde lucht nodig is. Dankzij de gelafdichting is er een absolute afdichting tussen het filter en het filterhuis.
Typische toepassingen zijn onder meer :
-Farmaceutische productie en biotechnologie laboratoria
-Ziekenhuizen en zorginstellingen
-Optische industrie
-Voedsel en dranken industrie
De filterbak is vervaardigd uit staal en afgewerkt met een epoxypoedercoating in wit RAL9010.
Een drukverschilaansluiting is inbegrepen voor de filterintegriteitstest en de filterdrukmeting. De plafondfilterunit heeft een bevestiging voor een 1 van de 4 roosters, zoals onderstaand zijn afgebeeld. De montage van het rooster wordt gedaan via het filterklemprofiel.
De filterwissel wordt vanuit de cleanroomzijde uitgevoerd .
In de plafondfilterunits kunnen Fluidseal-plaatfilters, ook door ons leverbaar.
Verkrijgbaar in classificatie varieert van E11-U17 volgens EN1822.
